NUST & UNOPS Celebrate International Women’s Day

NUST and UNOPS celebrated International Women’s Day, by conducting a seminar titled “From Innovation to Impact: Celebrating Women Advancing SDGs” at the CIPS Auditorium.

Chief Guest Ms. Sonja Leighton-Kone (UN Assistant Secretary-General) discussed the vital role of women in global infrastructure and policy. On behalf of NUST, Dr. Osman Hasan (Pro-Rector Academic) shared a vote of thanks, reaffirming NUST’s dedication to gender mainstreaming and the SDGs. Over 80 female students and 15 faculty/admin officers explored UN career paths and technical leadership.
