11th UG / PG Convocation – SCEE
-Subject Convocation is to be held on 15 Nov 2022. Other details are as under:-

Note: Only those graduates shall be allowed entry to convocation, who will attend the rehearsal on 14 Nov 2022.
Venue. Jinnah Auditorium, H-12 Campus, Islamabad.
How to Register.
Graduating students should confirm their participation by sending scanned copy of deposited slip/challan form and completely filled registration form latest by 31 Oct 2022 on email address given below.

The degree recipients are further advised to follow the given instructions:
- Every participant is requested to carry National Identity Card.
- Lodging and boarding will have to be arranged by the participants themselves.
- Each graduating student to deposit 3500/- in HBL, NUST Account No 22927000208203 of title “SCEE Conference Workshops Seminar” as Convocation fee through bank challan form/demand draft or pay order, latest by 31 Oct 2022 and send scanned copy of deposited slip/challan form to your concerned institute on given email address.
Graduating students who have already obtained their degree can also attend the subject convocation by depositing fee of Rs.3500/-.

Dress Code (Graduating Students)
| * Male. A dark coloured Lounge Suit with closed collar (tie) / National dress. |
| * Females. Decent dress of sober colour. |
| * Proper Dark colour shoes. |
Number of Guests Allowed. Two guests per student. Also intimate participation in convocation by Grade 20 & Above Guests and their lady wives for reservation of seats.
Caps and Gowns (Graduating Students). M/S S.CORNY Gown Mfg will provide items to all the students of UG / PG Courses, attending the convocation. All the students are required to deposit Rs 2400/- as rent & security deposit as under:-

At the end of Convocation, the students would be returned the security money, i.e, Rs 2000/- after deposit of caps & gown with the contractor.
