Dr. Kamran Ahmed did his Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering from Michigan State University (MSU), East Lansing, USA. He is a certified Road Safety Auditor and completed his certification course at the University College of Dublin, Ireland. Dr. Kamran has experiences of more than 20 years in Transportation Planning, Traffic Operations, and Highway Road Safety.
