Dr. Hamza Farooq Gabriel received his BSs Civil Engineering Degree from the University of Engineering & Technology (UET), Lahore in 1984. In 1992 and 2010, he received his MSc Civil Engineering Degree in Construction Management from the University of Birmingham, UK and PhD (Applied Hydrology) from the Charles Sturt University, New South Wales, Australia respectively. Dr. Hamza has a multidisciplinary teaching and research experience of over 20 years in water resources management, water resources engineering, engineering hydrology and construction project management. He has supervised 43 MSc/MPhil theses in various disciplines of civil engineering and has published 40 international and national journal /conference papers.
