The following research programs were initiated while serving at Military College of Engineering, National University of Sciences and Technology from 1994 to 2000                       

  • “Soil Feasibility for Inundation”. Maj Naeem Akhtar completed his MSc thesis on the subject.
  • “Comparative Study of Bearing” Capacity. Maj Mirza Munawar Reza (BanglaDesh) completed his MSc thesis on the subject.
  • “A Comparative Study of Bearing Capacity from Plate Load Test and Bearing Capacity Equations for Predominantly Cohesive Soils”. Mr. Zafar Aman completed his MSc thesis on the subject.
  • “Use of Best Suited/Economical Combination of Waste Polythene, Cement and Sand for Compacted Clay Liner in Arid/Semi Arid Regions” Maj Abdul Waheed completed his MSc thesis on the subject.
